Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of our lives but also one of the most challenging. When things begin to feel stuck, tense, or disconnected, it can be hard to move forward without falling into the same patterns of empty circular conversation, conflict, or silence.
Sessions are available in person in London and online throughout the UK.
Relationship therapy offers a space where both partners can slow things down and feel genuinely heard often in a way that hasn’t been possible at home. The work isn’t about deciding who’s right or wrong. It’s about understanding each other more clearly, improving communication,
and finding ways to reconnect in ways that feel realistic and supportive for both of you.
In sessions, you can expect guided but natural conversations, gentle support when things feel stuck; and help in recognising patterns that may be keeping you feeling frustrated or unheard.

Sometimes the focus is on learning new ways
to communicate, sometimes on rebuilding trust, and sometimes on reconnecting emotionally or physically after a difficult period.
I recognise that relationships are not “one size fits all.” Every couple brings their own history, culture, identities, and relationship structure.
Whether you’re in a long-term partnership, navigating a blended family, exploring non-monogamy, or in
a relationship that doesn’t fit traditional expectations, the work is shaped around what matters to you both.
While some sessions may feel challenging, they are designed to remain safe, manageable, and grounded.
The aim is to help you move forward in a way that feels healthier, clearer, and more connected, whatever that looks like for you as a couple.
